Your appeal:
I’m writing to ask for forgiveness and a second chance. My actions, throughout CM have been inappropriate, unprofessional and wrong. I regret all 20+ of my notes, bans, warnings, everything and acknowledge that they were harmful to the server environment.
Chiefly, I don’t have any excuses, justification or rationalization for shooting up the req line with an M2C. It pains me that footage of me shooting up the req line is the first thing seen if you go to the old forums (https://cm-ss13.com/). Regardless of how funny the video is, or the references or the meme is, it’s still unacceptable and disgraceful regardless.
I’d like to note that I’ve never done anything out of malice or hate, it’s always been a desire to make other people or myself laugh. In the face of my extensive note history, my presence on CM has not been entirely negative. I’ve devoted countless hours in teaching new players how to play Engineer and even more hours in pursuing and obtaining CO WL. A great deal of time has passed since my latest note and the creation of the majority of my notes and I’ve gone through several transformational periods in my personal life and my perspective has shifted; I’ve grown and evolved to a different version of Vancleave than the one you see when looking at my note history.
I request that you reconsider my appeal and allow me to return to the game. I understand any concerns about my character, and I am willing to take any steps necessary to demonstrate my commitment to adhering to the rules and being a respectful member of the community.
