Your appeal:

I forgot the password and username to an old account, so I made a new one.
then I just get smacked with a ban, for saying I lost the old account.
instead of going through any process of dealing with the old account I get banned without a second comment. just admitting that I had an old account is a Perma.
this would be understandable if it was a ban evade but I legit don’t remember the old account, so I figured it wasn’t an issue.
the entire ticket started because I accidently threw some ones gun and it all just comes off as valid hunting on the admins part.

I quote from Rule 7,

Logging in with different accounts at different times, logging in with another account because you died (or were banned), or logging into two separate accounts at the same time. If you have multiple accounts tied to CM-SS13, please ahelp regarding them. Players caught breaking this rule may receive permabans from the server.

A Note and a Warning were issued to one of the accounts you used. After that, you switched to the account you are currently perma-banned for and you did not contact the staff about this. In fact, even if you don’t have Notes and Warnings on your old accounts and have a clean history, you have to inform the staff about the account changes you make. Not knowing this rule does not make you immune.

Other than that, all permanent bans must stand a total of 180 days before they may be appealed. You may appeal this ban on September 22, 2025. Appeal denied.
