What rule(s) were broken?:

Rule 4: No griefing

Description of the incident:

Throughout the round, the DP, Maja, consistently ignored CIC telling them to hold groundside, favouring doing medevacs. This is, whilst annoying, not really report worthy, however, it crossed the line once the SO gave the order to withdraw.

As evacuation was called, the DP locked the doors of the dropship so Marines were unable to board- even when there were no xenos in the vicinity- and remained groundside with the doors shut until xenos broke in, despite every order to the contrary, and for no obvious reason at all. They simply ignored the radio.

This resulted in every marine groundside dying and the DS being hijacked.

Evidence:

I don’t have logs for this, but I’m sure other people witnessed this, and the logs should show the comms and lockdown of the Alamo.

Hey there, @cropseyy! Thank you for your report.

I can confirm by reading the logs that Maja Paprika went against XO’s orders and launched the Alamo even though XO told them to hold groundside. However, disobeying Command’s orders as a Dropship Pilot is not against our rules. I also reviewed the logs regarding the Alamo’s lockdown, and while there are a few things that seem questionable, I don’t think the player had any clear intentions to grief the others, and I couldn’t find any evidence to the contrary. Report denied.
