Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
I would like to join the CM-SS13 staff team to give back to the community. I have gotten so much enjoyment from the game these past few years and have the time to spare. There are also periods where there are no Admins/Mods online; I could help fill in the gaps.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
My love of the CM community is one thing that would make me a great addition to Staff. I enjoy helping newcomers. I have trained many CLs and, to a lesser degree, MPs. I am well organized and enjoy planning things as well. If my application is approved I would be glad to assist in planning or running events.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Being even-tempered, although the ability to be impartial is intertwined and a close second. I imagine CM players can become quite emotional when approached about rule breaks. Staff members must remain calm and not become angry themselves if said player is rude/hostile. Being angry could result in a loss of impartiality, i.e. we do not want one’s emotions to influence a decision. Impartiality is also important for the community to prosper; one should not give preferential treatment to friends.

In all seriousness, you are probably the most professional dude I know in this community, and I have never had any issues with you in the game or outside of it.
One of the best roleplayers on the server. Easily trusted with in game authority(he was a fax responder before it was even a thing). This is an easy +1.
The number of CLs and MPs trained by this player is quite immense. The question of “I wonder why he hasn’t applied for moderator yet” has come up a few times.

I have been playing quite a bit of Fax Responder these last two months. As you know, it has extremely low visibility so it is not surprising if we have not seen much of one other.
