I currently moderate the CM discord, other than this i have never had any experience with moderation at all.

I am positive i can! I believe i already communicate with other staff at a decent level, giving my two cents where they’re needed.

Why would you like to join the CM-SS13 staff team?
Having seen, interacted and participated with many staff ran event’s, and thoroughly enjoying many of them, makes me want to be able to further provide such experiences that could leave someone at the end of the round really appreciating the entire ordeal. Giving a round that little extra something every now and then, that refreshes CM a little.
On a less cheery note; handling bad actors so that the wider community has less of a headache on discord already makes me feel like I’m giving something, if only little, towards the game which i have come to love over the years.
What makes you a great addition to Staff? (Experienced Tabletop DM, Aliens Lore Buff, Super Organized, etc.?)
I’ve been pretty deep into the lore of AVP as a whole for quite some time, spanning back about a decade with the franchise. It’s something that I’ve always had a great passion with. I remember nights spent staying up looking through wiki pages upon pages, fiending for more knowledge. And i think such a passion, while probably shared with a large portion of the moderation team, would be a great addition. Further, i believe (more so hope) i am pretty engaging with the community, having many members enjoy my company in conversations over CM, I’d say for sure that this community is definitely the one i interact with most online.
In your opinion, what is the most important quality of a CM-SS13 staff member?
Level headedness. No good thing can come from a temper that couldn’t be done as well, if not better, than with a level head. Anger cloud’s us all at times, but knowing when to step back, or to hand something off, can make all the difference when it comes to a fair and just judgement.

Always enjoyable to be around, never had a bad experience with her and generally just an entertaining person while managing to keep things together.
Kato is a respectful and level-headed member of the CM community, and one I have had the good fortune of interacting with on multiple occasions, be it in and out of character. I am more than willing to place my trust in Kato, and can fully endorse them as a member of the Mod team.
Kato is a cool member of the community and I’ve never seen them lose their cool in the discord or insult anyone, in general theyre just a boon to have around and a good time +1
Kato was one of the most memorable characters i saw when i started out here, and always added great flavor and humor to every round. Beep’s also consistently polite everywhere outside the game. +1
Seen and interacted with Kato Evelyn and they understand roleplay perfectly fine. Cyber is well known for their personality and friendly demeanour while being a part of the discord moderation team. They clearly have put effort into making the community a better place and believe they can do a great job as a server moderator. +1
