it was explained to me during a previous appeal attempt that the ban was done automatically against me due to a Ckey error on my account, as I know a few others who have this error, in which Ckey copies, or Ckeys with similar digits are assigned to different accounts, resulting in a multi-key false positive and banning people with the bug.
