It has been quite clear whoever has been DDOSing the byond hub is not going to stop anytime soon, and whoever is maintaining the hub is taking their sweet ass time in solving this issue. Long gone are the days of 150+ pop rounds. Even during prime time, map voting for low pop occurs due to lack of players.
A possible solution is to allow anthropomorphic creatures to exist in the marine role. This will allow us to court the massive SS13 furry population and will help solve low pop.
An even more controversial solution is to allow ERP, but limit it in the Almayer maintenance tunnels to keep it out of sight and out of mind. This will pad up the numbers and maybe we will reach 200+ pop to get the tank deployed.
What are yalls thoughts about this?

+1 and Updoot. Take my Reddit Gold, kind stranger.
We should refuse to bend the knee to these Reddit Communists. Fuck them. It would be a disrespect to our dear departed friend Gramps to bend to these pieces of Tapir dung.
Better idea, we locate the fools. Once located Frozen, Forest & I jump them. Frozen will bring the boomerang and kangaroo, Forest will bring tea and a stiff upper lip, I bring will American crazy.
Peace through superior firepower.
For legal purposes the above is to be at all times consider a joke
In 2024, Cloudflare mitigated the largest distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack ever reported, an attack that reached 5.6 terabits per second (Tbps)
The DDoSer (or perhaps a group?) has access to enough devices to
Reach 30% of the world record for a DDoS attack
Reach 0.1% of the maximum number of IPv4 addresses, this might seem pretty low but there are roughly 68 countries who have less people than the attackers have devices.
