Preds IC have been alive for centuries, so us being able to hold conversations with the translator isn’t completely out of character.
Besides, strictly following that means preds have to act like they have amnesia and would whittle down RP with preds to strictly combat instead of going through the hassle of only using words marines have said to us.

Well, I have never seen preds doing rap battles with marines, or lecturing them with copypastas of biblical proportion so I guess they somewhat do.
Have you even seen a pred use long sentences with fancy, convoluted vocabulary, especially on a daily basis?
It is mostly “FIGHT ME” “I’M GONNA KILL YOU” “COME WITH ME” “PICK UP YOUR WEAPON” “WHO KILLED THE SERPENT”.
Hey, maybe preds have a hobby outside hunting and they pratice sentence mixing they learned from Morshu.
