Description of the incident:

I had killed a predator and retrieved its mask. A few minutes later, Ce’urka Ktal’t approached me in cloak and attempted to stun caster me to recover it. I fired one burst at the dark, as they were cloaked, and I could not see them. I retreated into barricades at Hydro, where they immediately fired a lethal plasma caster and dragged me off. They threw me back at the FOB, where I perma’d.

Blatant honor code violation regarding use of dishonorable weaponry against worthy prey.

Evidence:

None that would help, no dialogue was spoken. Just the HPC

Hey, Ce’urka is my predator, and I’ll give you mu side.

I was mostly preoccupied with my own lodge, where around that time of construction and maintenance, my bracer alerted me to Oya’s death, the predator you killed. I went to recover the gear, longaxe first from Nexus, the body from normandy, and the clan mask from you, i attempted to get it head on, but your constant roaming near marines and cades made it difficult, and since you fall under temporarily dishonorable for carrying Yautja Gear, I HPC’d near you, dragged you off and peeled the mask off, where I dragged you back and threw you near another marine, round-removing you was not my intention, yet if I did do something wrong, I’d gladly take the consequences and learn of it.

Holding predator gear on the planet does not make someone temporarily dishonorable.

Yep, I see it now and I admit, I made a mistake, especially upon taking a closer look on the honor code, more specifically the classification list and gear recovery section, since it states in-orbit, not groundside

The council has investigated this report and has handed the accused a two week suspension for the infraction.
