I was playing as Sam during hijack and Malcolm and I went on an undercover mission to repair navigation and engineering which was super fun!

Think it was one of the first rounds for elizabeth i think. She was a colony synthetic, and I was the colony CL. Most of the round was just prepping her up to look good in a suit.

one time on LV624, i was moving back to medbay dome because i lost a foot. i find michael and their surgery patient getting harassed by a burrower or two. apparantly michael had enough enough of their shit because when he saw my slow ass coming up with a loaded shotgun he started dragging the burrower every time it tried to burrow out.
place was caded up so it couldn’t leave without burrowing. i was chasing it at the pace of an elephant while it tried to pointlessly escape. as god intended, it ended up on the ground after a brief scuffle. it was so fucking funny and it’s a shame i didn’t record it

Probably the first time I ever saw a synth, when they (I can’t remember who, is Amber a synth?) ran through the xeno lines and picked me up and loaded me onto their back in such a short time. I thought I was done for, and this synth (who i thought at the time was just a really chad marine) saved me out of nowhere

I think I had a round with Malcolm where xenos overran FOB or the section of the colony we were on so we were both trapped where we were at and he shoved me into a coffin and pushed me into maintenance and told me to “live”.
of course I got metahugged after that but it was still a cool moment!

I honestly have so much respect for synth players, yet to encounter one that sucked mechanically or had bad roleplay. I have so many good memories of Synthetic players as a marine but honestly my favourite moments are when I’m playing xeno queen and a synth is trying to role play with the hive.
Willard becoming the hive’s personal chef and feeding the queen complex meals while dragging his mobile kitchen with us.
Elizabeth attempting to make good relationships with xenos and bribing us with pizza so we don’t destroy the pizza shop and capture everyone.
Synthetic players are awesome.

Mia was one of my favorite Synths.
The time Malcom tried to keep Gretta focused and calm during surgery by calming discussing vacation ideas as he operated on her was pure soul.
We both died that round, felt kinda bad tbh.

my favorite round was one in hybrisa with elizabeth all the survs got to the south LZ in the mining opening but since it had lockdown we could not open but then in the radio elizabeth had rushed research and the xenos made a funny hive in the pizza place so when marines landed instead of rushing them we waited until she called lockdown out and rushed from mining to research then while at it we RP begin contracted by W-Y as guard to defend the research place overall it was so funny the whole round also the boreals in the ship infected one of us and we had to execute him shooting range style

Felix, he saved me one time during hijack from right in front of xenos when marines pushed and got me to medbay for surgery. When marines started losing mid surgery he grabbed a tray and me and took me to maint, finished his work and got us to a escape pod.
