There was litterary a report not too long ago where a runner (Acider) was targeted by a pred and a hound, where he was spared first because he didn’t fight back. What he did after was not against the rules (Killing him after he evo’s and smack talks him), but he still went directly for the slower runner, and only spared him because he didn’t fight back (This was not seen as a bad thing).
