I guess this is a tempered crashout. Either way, it’s a little wild that the two most productive members of management (hippie and I) were removed because someone didn’t like the role name (assistant manager). Doubly so that zero thanks was given (despite what was said) and no conversations were had with either of us. That sort of thing/mentality is just going to continue to fester and make things worse for the community, and I’d rather not put up with being used in such a fashion.

I honestly don’t care if I get banned for this but head Management truly has rocks for brains, the final straw for me was them closing the PR for gramps.
I really hope you find somewhere that actually appreciates and treats you (and hippy) well especially considering how you guys are all volunteers. my recommendation would be to stay away from here until they decide to stop being idiots and treat you like colleagues rather than employees.

I don’t get the argument behind ‘the game will be polluted by references’. SS13 has always had a niche, tight-knit community, and it’s not like the game is going to last for 100 years. While we still have a community of friends and people we will remember, why not make an exception?

I agree. The hotsauce one is so niche of a reference that anyone who didn’t know gramps would think it’s just a brand in the game.
Also I don’t understand why this game (even SS13 as a whole) and community has all this cut throat management who act like it’s a full time job, denying anything that goes against the rules they made. We’re all here to just have a good time lmao
