it makes sense for the CL to be trained to work a flash considering their status as a liason for potentially dangerous marines
and it makes more sense for a CL to have a device that incapacitates attackers without harming them than one that does.
It makes sense for a civilian knowing how to use a flash? Is this acid goop?

no… just no… horrible idea, they already have a stungun and pepperspray that works on anyone non-police trained (IE everyone except MP’s)

Is this come after like yesterday where we had the one CL pre drop on alamo for some reason. They like pepper sprayed like all the marines on the DS, and it was also reported on comms they tried to hijack the dropship too.
