As the title says, just give IO’s the ability to drive Colony Vans.
Why? Because they are officers on the ground, and it would make the job significantly easier on larger maps such as Shivas, and Trijent. It would also make it easier for them to bring intel back to the FOB, and not have to worry about backliners nearly as much.
