Having seen your knowledge of the game, and of English, from your mentor application, I have to give this a -1.
Furthermore, it doesn’t seem like you’ve interacted with the community whatsoever on the forums except with applications, I would recommend doing some more of that.
Apparently you’ve talked exactly 8 times in the discord in the past 2 years or so, and every instance has been for getting help on applications- Not one of the messages is just talking to people about the game, or anything else.
I believe that any staff member should be active on the discord at the very least, since it’s the primary hub for OOC interaction with the playerbase, as well as with other staff members.
You were recommended to talk more on the discord in a previous application, after they noticed you had no discord activity within the last 2 years, and strongly recommended you interact more on it.
I dislike being so blunt, and don’t take this personally or anything- But to be frank, I feel like not taking feedback seriously (especially when talking on the discord even just in LRC is so trivial) and a lack of interest in community engagement is a red flag for staff, so I don’t feel confident supporting this application.
As Will said, I strongly recommend you interact with the community more OOC, not just IC.
I should note that i dont use discord as a social app but some of my messages can be seen in the pred chat if you have access to that. And the reason why i dont talk in discord is because i dont have anything to add to conversations
If you don’t have anything to add, start your own conversations! Talk in LRC about how amazing/awful a round was, talk about food or something, just do literally anything that will let us interact with you OOC and know whether you are suited to be a staff member or not.
this is still up so I’m not done trying to get accepted, due to having the predator WL I have become more active in the discord if you dont think this is very active then count in the fact i was playing for years and got thirty eight and within a few months i have gotten 165 more messages
Also I believe my English has improved drastically since some of my older applications, this is because the server has forced me to practice and will continue to force me to practice if I am to communicate at all.
