I filed an appeal six months ago, and I’ve been banned for two years now, if I’m counting correctly. I truly understand that the words I said were unacceptable. I’ve spent more time in Western society and understand the cultural boundaries here, what’s acceptable and what’s not. I want to return to my favorite server because I truly am a good Marine. Yes, maybe I said bad things, but everyone deserves a second chance. Of course, I’ve been banned many times for this, even though I didn’t pay any attention to it and bravely led my squad into attacks, egging them on with such harsh language. I assure you that I’ve changed my mind and will no longer engage in such behavior. I want to play fairly with my favorite shotgun and kill xenomorphs point-blank. I hope the administration will be lenient, as I’ve been banned for a very long time.

Hello, I will deny this appeal for a couple of reasons.

  • We, as a community, do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. For you to appeal a ban under these circumstances would require not only a significant amount of time for you to reflect on your actions, but also tangible proof that you have truly changed. You did not provide the latter.

  • In the previous appeal, it was suggested that you gather some vouches from other servers so we could confirm that you have, in fact, changed. I do not see any of these vouches in this appeal. This leads me to the same issue my fellow staff member encountered while reviewing your last appeal: I simply have no way to confirm that what you are saying is true.

While I commend your persistence with the appeals, I cannot, in good faith, allow you to rejoin the community when I have no reassurance that you are ready to be unbanned.
