Description of the incident:

I was standing around the fob as it was being seiged doing my duty and assisting whoever I could, when I noticed Molly pointing at me and calling me a cunt.
They then proceeded to call me a bitch for no reason what so ever; that was the first time I even noticed them through the whole round.

This seems to be an IC issue. Unless the player is actively insulting you, the player, and not your character there’s not much we’re going to do here. If it turns out that this is an on going OOC issue, please feel free to re-report with evidence and we’ll definitely take a look.
