Horrific lag spikes over the last 6 months to 1 year?

Just been having massive lag spikes for seemingly no reason with the same internet (if anything faster and lower ping).
I’ve tried clearing cache, changing version and closing background tasks but no improvement at all. Anything else I can do? At this point I’m dying to it basically every round .

I’m no expert but this could be beacuse the server moved try using one of the relays. The guild on how to use them is a topic somewhere on the forums.

Run byond as administrator
