Just finished Romulus (good movie unlike Aliens: Earth)

There’s a scene where Rain + sidekicks have to walk through a room full of facehuggers in high heat (we see around 50 of whatever temprature unit in the movie) - the Synth powergames and says “don’t sweat or get goosebumps” ??? how does that work?
