How would you deal with a CLF survivor?

“Liberated” innocent people from their boring lifestyles in the UA.

CLF are shoot on sigth.
They are a terroist organisation and not a proper faction with political influence like the UPP.

You can take CLF still as POW, most COs just get pretty fucking mad if you do. Because POWs cant be killed without doing a warcrime. And CLF that you captured as a POW fall under that. Everyone can be a POW after all.

But to actually anwser your question about what to do with prisoners. Not much sadly.
Best you could do is “enroll” them in a prison labour program RP wise. Like, having them help out in the kitchen under constant supervision of an MP.
But you will need to definitly talk with the aCO about that first (or CMP). They likly say no, but there is a good chance they migth allow it. All depends on your RP.

No they can’t, you can only take PoWs from a real nation you’re at war with, and when the UA starts recognizing the CLF as a real independent nation, they lose.

(Real charge is sedition, by the way)

Huh, makes the times where i saw MPs take CLF in as POW kinda interesting
Also i just read up on that on marine law. Wich the wording makes it kinda hilarious.

Being a member of a legitimate and recognised faction currently hostile to the USCM.

CLF being unabel to be POW, means the USMC doesnt even take them serious enough to concider them their own power. Delicious.

One round as CMP, the ASO and I were going to have a CLF chair duel the SEA, if the SEA won the CLF stayed confined, if the CLF won then he’d enlist as a private. Unfortunately as we didn’t have a CO to flex ML it got shutdown by admins so we just played Uno until the CL needed his office breached

i would probably perma them if they perma any marine.
beside that case i might get them to a medic restrain them and make sure they are been taken as prisoner.
(might also left them to perma if they have gone to far)
main interest for taking them prisoner is to get something challenging for MP to deal with.
i think if they have been hostile they shouldn’t be authorized to leave brig.
if they surrender and made RP effort they should probably be allow to gain their freedom…
RP giving all the name of your cell etc…

Been MP quite a few rounds where CLF prisoners are brought to the brig.

I usually justs RP with them. They get the usual Sedition charge, but also get the added interrogation, allowing them to make up the reasons for them being on the planet. Shit they got up to, how they dealt with the Xeno infestation.

Once permabrigged it depends entirely on what the CO wants or if Im CMP and what I want based on my interactions.

Ive been in the round as MP when Major Nasoki Chen released the CLF and enlisted them into the USCM.

I’ve also had a hijack happen in the middle of an interrogation which ended in me swearing them in to serve the USCM and the United Americas and renounce the CLF. Release them….get them armed in the MP armoury (running out of time) and fucking off to the boats.

Otherwise its an execution done via the proper channels or in hijack Podding them and letting RNG decide their fate.

Yes but let’s not violate the Geneva convention. Bullet to the back of the head works just as well.

geneva suggestion*

Marines when someone doesn’t immediately gun down the unarmed CLF.

“MY PROBLEM WITH SOCIALISTS, ALAN, IS THAT THEY HATE THE UA”
“Shaun i don’t know if that’s true”
“YOU JUST CONTRADICTED ME, YOU HATE THE UA”
“if i could just get a word in”
“YOU HATE THE UA, YOU LIKE THE CLF”
