Does anyone know how I can actually make alts and get +1’s without paying people like 20 dollars? If you can vouch for my applications I’ll give you 5$ each voucher & +1

Application fee is $20 per councilor, $50 to the senator, and $10 to each advisor who makes any comment in your app thread plus an administration fee of $20 and processing fee of $5.
