Oh and because the UA/UPP is so diverse let’s blend the ranks so you got Quebecois-English/Russian-Chinese ranks.

oh and let’s add a guy who carries around an MRE backpack for some reason, additionally let’s give them some desert colours for some reason instead of dark green.

Oh oh and also let’s give them all synth levels in medical and engineering because marines are all more elite then the army therefore they should know how to perform a complicated surgeries guys.

(I guarantee if you tried giving the UA, W-Y or the UPP even just half of these ideas it would be shut down immediately.)

they’ve always had comtech/corpsman level skills even for their RFNs.

The only part of their skills that got changed was adding a dedicated medic for holding med supplies, along with having doc level skills (Which isn’t unique in ERTs, as VAIPO/VAISO both have 'em).

Also whats wrong with backpack MRE?

yes and that’s the problem, no military trains their troops to all be corpsmen, even the more elite ones.
