Really sad
Sad fucking news man, RIP Paul Harrell.
Damn, RIP
RIP
who’s he
Goodbye paul
We had a moment of silence for him in-game yesterday.
A very well regarded gun youtuber who was in the army and marines.
Though he had not served in combat, he had an accomplished military career.
He also is a good thinker & explainer.
RIP, fuck cancer
Oh man, where do I even start? Paul Harrell was a youtuber that did videos on guns, ammo, and related topics. But he wasn’t just any youtuber. He was thoughtful, insightful, intelligent, objective, unbiased, informative, and very kind, honest, and helpful. He always sought to discover things through facts and numbers and the scientific method. He never made an ad for a company or took a sponsorship, instead always reviewing any product objectively. He never started any drama or ran his mouth. Never chased trends or anything like that. And he did it all consistently and for more than a decade. Plus, he has a unique and dry sense of humor that I’ve grown to appreciate. The man’s a legend and a trailblazer - it is no exaggeration to say that you won’t find somebody of his caliber. It is also no exaggeration to say that I’ve watched every single video of his since the beginning - and then some. And trust me, it’s absolutely worth it.
The streets of heaven are kept safe from the Shasta Cola menace by Paul Harrell.
@ComboTombo could not have said it better my self. Well done. I am pouring one out tonight for a legend.
@BasilHerb Amen brother. I knew it was going to happen but damn is it still a gut punch
@Seraphilian That is a really nice touch.
I never saw him or knew, but after reading thread I regret that. It’s painfull and tragic when someone gone, but if so many different people, in complete unspecific for this forum, sincerly write so many kind words - then those man live good and noble life.
Rest in Peace Paul Harrell o7
Aye, we announced his passing after round-start and a moment of silence was had. The ASO even said on command comms he felt the weird unexplainable urge to salute, which, based.
Good guy.
Paul was always a great figure for education in the firearm community. I really enjoyed watching some of his videos in the past. Sad to see a real one pass on.
Well said man. We was a real one. Terrible shame. Cancer is terrible.
