I was observing this event and I think its a good example of how IO can go so wrong.
The other two IOs both died at around the same time. Both were alone, 1 of them didn’t even have a gun and the other walked into a Lurker with no MD on them.
Thought it was a interesting experience to observe, more so for note adding to my incoming IO guide.
Personally I still believe the light armour is my ideal armour but the jacket does have some benefits as you demonstrated.

That is a really nice loadout, the mk1 high capacity mags really help when slot space is limited. With actual tools/apcs to be handy. I noticed you had a clipboard, does that help add more capacity for intel?
Clipboards can hold a large amount of research papers, they can’t hold regular intel papers however. So its great for storage space.
