IO's and you.

Hey there, I’m Zahn Vitrez. I’d just like to take some time to give everyone their yearly reminder that the IO is the least trustworthy ground role. We’ve all been there, a fresh corpse not ten seconds dead. A Lieutenant runs by and you feel a spark of hope. He checks his scanner, rifles through some lockers, and then runs off into the darkness, the next target of lurker team six’s sister team, lesser drone team five. No medhud, no brain, no hope. Thanks for attending my pred app.

I mean leaving FOB is taking a risk for IO. Returning is taking a risk as well. When IO leaves FOB he usually plans to not return for quite a while, gathering intel, maybe setting up sensor tower, etc. Trying to get you back to FOB is taking a risk, even if IO returns to FOB there might not be another opportunity to leave it if there is a siege. So yeah, you are nothing but an acceptable causality in the grand scheme of IO.

I like that it says causality instead of casualty.
