Description of the incident:
I was deployed as MP to act as a Honor Guard for the XO(Wamakahana Windhealer) and died trying to rescue them around medical on LV.
After I was recovered by marines and was stripped of my armor when a medic/synth was trying to revive me Maja Paprika attempted to steal the Honor Guard tactical shotgun, and when Ron Fields attempted to take back the gear they opened fire on him.
Evidence:
Ron Fields(@wibo_) can testify as he is a part of the incident.
I saw Maja taking Jooks’s tac shotty as honor guard and told them to give it back, three times. They proceeded to ignore me so I shoved them two times to try and get it back.
After shoving they whipped out the tac shotty, aimed it at me and tried to shoot me, (mind you that the shooting wasn’t caused by the shove, they willingly aimed it at me and wanted to shoot me for trying to get it back.)
Since Ron’s life was at risk after being shot I killed them, dragged the body back to the DS for later saving after the evac and gave Jooks their shotty back.

She shot her tacshotty at me, I dodged the bullet since my character did a ‘narrowly dodges the shot’ to avoid getting hit, then I fired back, she definitely fired first at me, or I would not have fired at her, hence the first two shoves to get her to give the gun back.
I also would like to point out I had a medhud to see that she was reviable, then Maja said they were ‘perma’ ran off, ignored my call outs to give the shotty back and she tried to shoot me over it.
I acted in self defense, dragged Maja’s body onto the DS for later saving. I stopped firing the moment she went down, so wasn’t looking to perma them in any way whatsoever.
Accepting this report, on the basis that players should not be taking unique equipment from other players. From the accounts that I have been given it stands to reason that this was someone trying to take unique equipment for their own gain, in spite of being told to stop by other players.
Will be issuing a warning to KillerShoujo.v1 on this basis.
