Description of the incident:
On many occasions, I have been talking to others in deadchat pleasantly, and Koba either on his human character or his xeno by the same name (KOBA) would come out and begin insulting me. Each time it is unprompted, and he has been told to stop by staff in game after I ahelped it previously. Since he has begun doing it once more, I was suggested to make this player report so it could be fully investigated, as there has not been a single time he has been in deadchat at the same time as me without insulting me.
It’s not that it is particularly harmful, or upsetting anymore. It’s more so that it is a consistent annoyance, and he attempts to slander me to genuinely new players or people I have begun speaking to for the first time, namely when I am answering their questions about the game in deadchat.
This has gone on for dozens of games across months, and to be frank, I am tired of it. I may not have the most shining reputation on toxicity, we all know that I get into my fair share of arguments, but this is on a different level of obsessive hatred.
