lag and ping issue

Am i the only one lagging like this,back then i had like solid 70-90 max even in high pop,now the ping spikes form 90-120 or more,whats up whit this sudden ping and lag isssues

Check the oil prices. You think internet is cheap energy???

Or simply host is downloading RAM.
