Description of the incident:
CT with the name of Henry Marshall (presumably) decided to “prank” or whatever, the CL. First, he calls the CL from REQ and says:“Prepare for the foam”. What happened later was strange. The CT (presumably) threw A LOT of foam grenades to all the entrances of the CLs office, as well as windows, and possibly tried to break into the office later by damaging the wall near the door (The last one I’m not sure. Maybe it was the crew trying to get the CL out of this foam coffin). I, the CL, on the course of the round, had not even once interacted with this character. I don’t know where this comes from aside from “boredom”.
The very next round, now as a delta specialist, first thing Henry Marshall yells into the comms is “FUCK YOU CL!”. I don’t know where this anger comes from.
If there is a reasonable explanation, like a character backstory of corporate hatred, then I have no problems, and will withdraw the Report. Otherwise, this was very annoying to deal with.
Lastly, I want to confess that I may or may not broke a rule myself by attacking the accused chracter with my corporate gun (he kept tossing foam grenades at me and bystanders (including MPs) when I finally got out of the office), as my temper got the better on me. I’ve realised my mistake quickly and surrended to the MPs present on the scene (They let me go immediately).

I play Henry Marshall. This is my side of the story. A couple things.
- Yes, that was me on the phone and I did foam the entire outside of the CL office.
- Yes, as soon as I heard the all clear was given, I decided to do an IC prank on your office, hence the phone call.
- I was not a Delta spec I was the Bravo spec and I never said anything about the CL? To any Mods looking for the round I got spec was Round 26451 on Sorokyne.
- Idk how this is considered griefing. I mean yeah, I foamed the office, but the CMP was literally outside about to arrest me for this IC crime of hooliganism and FTFP; considering QM is an NCO.
- I do not know who you are, but this isn’t a meta grudge if you’re assuming that.
All in All, this just seems like an IC issue. I do have some odd gimmicks as QM like charging people money for attachments or foaming the req line for a giggle but it’s all harmless actions that is handled ICly. That will be $5.99 for your wall text sir.

Maybe I’ve mixed up something in the whole “insult” thing. It may be an IC issue after all. It’s just that lately people are constantly harrasing the CL. As soon as the round starts and I say anything, someone screams “FUCK YOU CL”.
I’ve been playing CL for less than 10 hours, and I’m already tired of people trying to weld off the privacy shutters, removing the windows completely, randomly insulting the CL, shoving, etc. It became extremely tedious and annoying very fast. It happenes comepletely unpovoked. I’m not against pranks against the slimy CL I may roleplay as. It’s just that the IC reason for almost trapping a human in a “foam coffin” doesn’t seem to be there.

I checked the logs of the round to confirm your claims about Henry Marshall, and investigate the incident. I can confirm that QM Henry Marshall suddenly decides to call CL Alexander Robotov and says “are you ready, the foam is coming”, then, with their wordings, “marched” to CL’s office to foam it. I believe QM Marshall wanted to prank the CL since the operation was ending soon, as I couldn’t find any evidence that CL Robotov provoked QM Marshall. Players shouldn’t be griefed for the sake of pranks, therefore I will approve this report and issue a Note to Henry Marshall’s player per Rule 4.
QM Marshall foams CL Robotov’s office, CL calls for help, CMP arrives and detains QM Marshall after they surrendered. The problem is, even though QM Marshall was detained by CMP, CL shot them with their stun pistol twice then pepper sprayed them. QM Marshall was detained, therefore there was no need to use pepper spray. Rule 4 states, “if you are being griefed, don’t retaliate.” therefore, I will be issuing a Note per Rule 4 to Alexander Robotov’s player.
