Title. It makes sense in universe that people would use stickers. There’s no downside to it, all it does is restrict players. It used to be semi-common with people doing it despite it being against the rules and no one was reporting it because no one was negatively affected. Yes, I’m somewhat salty it was mechanically removed with code. Can we just make it permissible in rules.
Only problem with adding stuff to lablers is the people spamming “Show item” x24. I don’t wanna see someone spam that with whatever cringe emoji combo they got. Already bad enough when they label their stuff “I AM THE REPORTER! DON’T ATTACK!”.
no.
yeah.
Can always make a cooldown to showing items
Don’t you dare touch my soul
I do wish we could modify the description of certain items, including firearms.
Item personalization has quite a lot of roleplay possibility, as shown by it being a feature on the more HRP Space Station 13 servers (And possibly even CM-SS13 PvE, if memory serves me right?).
It’s something that’s been discussed, but it isn’t in the game currently and it’ll probably just be for stuff like the photo loadout item rather than guns or anything like that.
Hell no.
Agreed. Abuse was so rare to the point where I never saw it. It was nice putting rocket emojis for the SADAR rocket bag or fancy text for my gun label. Such a lame PR.
Honestly the quality of the staff “solution” here is emblematic of modern CM13 lol.
bro why are you even saying this with 0 proof i was a janitor back then and it was ass cancer seeing a guy with m37 and eggplant emojis on it
its funny for the first time but theres literally no reason to allow it/ban it other than “i like it” or “i dont like it”
It was funny at first but then seeing John Marine flashing his “ඞඞඞඞඞඞ” shotgun every minute is kinda annoying.
Great point. Got old very quick
i like being able to express myself thru my gun names :<
i dont think theres a reason to ban it for rule 3, let ppl use emojis in creative ways (in hand labellers) so long as they stay in character and arent referencing irl memes ![]()
Ppl drew on their guns and armor in vietnam as a middle finger to military dress codes trying to minimize individual expression. let ppl wear what they wanna wear especially if it’s something so harmless.
tldr:
the rule sucks!!
Clearly you’re just an uncultured swine, how do you not understand that PVT John Marine holds up the XUPER XHUNGUS XUSSY XESTROYER 9000 ![]()

is literally the very epitome of HRP? Truly, emojis on guns will save CM.
I’ve never seen a label with emojis be full of anything but brainrot internet memes
ya because its against the rules so people rarely use it outside of brainrot internet memes,..,..
if u ban something broadly it starts to look like what u dont want more often then not
yeah, because the emojis are the problem here… clearly, the rest of the label is fine :V
