Make minirockets smaller rockets, in stacks of 12-18, with the firerate of GAU. Alternatively, just make this a new CAS weapon. I think it’d be cool to have more CAS weapons, and make them more friendly to the lore, and this weapon is the same as the one the UD-4L Gunship uses.
