Description of the incident:
In the middle of the round as CE I mutinied agents the ACO. I won and took command of the ship. The XO was in surgery at the Brig, and I preceded to take the ID from the XO because He was a security risk to my command as well as the ship. which according to sever rules Rule 2: These should only be taken for a roleplay reason, such as from a dead XO to call for help on a computer in the ship’s bridge. If you take an ID or find one from a living player (or a dead player that has since been revived), you should make every attempt to return it unless your character has a good reason not to. So, I had a valid reason to take the XOs ID because of the fact that it was a problem in game, and I had an in-game reason to do it. Think of it logically are you going to let the person that you just overthrow have access to the ship no you are not because then you run the risk of them trying to retake the ship. The Second Reason I am reporting him is the fact that I broke the rules of escalation I guess, Because I shot the XO has he was punching me and choking me. Which think of it that way You are on your way to lifeboats, and you start getting choked and punch when you have a chance you are going to do what ever you can to get rid of the threat.

The MPs had the XO in their care and command had been already officially transferred. There was no reason to secure the XO’s ID in this case as you had all the requirements on your ID to handle what was needed.
He was punching you in the hallway and then you lit him in on fire with a flamethrower and killed him. This is improper escalation.
so, you are saying you ignoring the fact that he choked me.

I was the one who downed the XO and cuffed him not the mps. With regards to the incident in the hallway The XO punched and downed lukas then began to choke him with intent to murder Lukas.
I’ll be investigating logs here shortly. The round you listed: 16641, has you as a researcher and not as the CE. Could you double check the round numbers for me? I just want to make sure I’m pulling the right ones and I’ll go out on a limb and say that your researcher round isn’t the one you want.

Per forest2001, it takes 46 seconds of choking a human mob to take them to half HP and 90+ seconds to go into crit. As Doop5 threw you after the grab of 5 seconds, this did not meet the level for you to attack with lethals as you punched him back.
If you went to a knife or other melee weapon it would have been fine, so morrowwolf did not apply an incorrect note.
