Description of the incident:

For context, I was XO for two back-to-back rounds (23595 and 23596), and Research called CIC asking for greenos for both rounds. I explicitly told them no. Now, in both rounds, greenos were illegally created, but they were only impactful during the second round as in the first round hijack gave Research no time grief the round with the greenos. In the second round, the CLs office was broken into by marines to take out the illegally made greenos, which resulted in the crew and CIC taking attention off the groundside operation and handling the shipside xenos (although admittedly, this was closer to the end of the operation so marines more or less could be afforded some attention off of them.)

I’m not 100% sure Elise was behind the greenos in the first round, but given the greenos were created back-to-back, I believe it to be Elise. Now, creating greenos without permission isn’t something I would typically try to take OOC. But given that it was done twice, I do not believe Elise had good intentions other than trying to grief the rounds for their enjoyment.

Heya there. Unfortunately; creating corrupted xenos without command auth alone is not considered griefing.

That being said, if they were let loose with the explicit purpose to kill people shipside, then it would be considered griefing.

In round 23595, the corrupted xenos created 0 attack logs.

In round 23596, the corrupted xenos were attacked by the marines. I can see how you could argue that the marines deciding to kill them is an issue, due to it taking pressure off the groundside game.
However, this was ultimately an IC decision. As such, the marines must deal with their own consequences.

Report denied. There was no griefing conducted in either round.
