imma keep it a buck maybe this is Acid Goop material but like, Bravo SL takes a lot of effort, it’s a real intense job and requires far more than any other SL (even Charlie) – especially if it’s lowpop

Couldn’t this all be fixed by blacklisting a squad to join? So if i don’t wanna bravo, I don’t take bravo slots etc.
Always check the manifest before choosing latejoin SL. I’ve never rolled bravo SL at roundstart with SL on high. It’s that easy.
As for bravo SL being hard, strong disagree lol. Your responsibility is to make at least one line of cades surrounding the fob, and if you’re feeling REALLY productive, to secure comms. Do those two things and make s’mores around a campfire the rest of the round and you’re playing a par value bravo SL.
Once the rework is in I can see a “foward base crew“ section or something.
If you fail your roll for your favoured squad, (most commonly with Alpha) then it rolls from Alpha, then Bravo, then Charlie, Delta.
Even with a preference you risk Bravo SL.
If CIC-cord stopped putting all of Bravo on FOB, then this wouldn’t be a problem !
I would not say hard but very tedious depending on POP and skill level of the rest of the squad. God bless the Bravo SL who is the only one who knows what he is doing.
Just make a blacklist for squads so you either roll or don’t roll in my opinion.
That would be my idea. The question is, how difficult would it be to code that in. That is a question for the Devs.

If the map is crap place Delta on FOB. The Entire server will thank you for the quick round. Pro XO tip.
If it wasn’t clear, Charlie and Delta (especially Delta) are the safest rolls to avoid Bravo but are also the rolls you’re most likely to lose the SL roll entirely on, it’s a trade-off.

i got fucking heated with @DangerRevolution about splitting FOB off into Echo but he did give me the opportunity to still lead Bravo @ front, i just refused – i just felt responsible for FOB, like the meta is such at this point that i felt fucking WEIRD and like it’d be MY FAULT if i didnt build FOB as Bravo SL
