While they do show in the log I think it would be best if we had them pop up as text to help the medics spot them easier. Plus coughing up blood or gasping would interfere with speech so I think it’s a god change.

Honestly great idea. Didnt even know people can caugh up blood. And i have way to many hours in medical.
Maybe even give it a gurgeling sound effect, just to make it that much more imersive. Cause be honest, being in the battlefield and hearing the guy you been figthing with all day suddently lay next to you and drown in his own blood would really ad to the mood. Just really bringing out that horrors of war feeling.
Like when you just stand together with your comrads, only for your ears to suddently ring as your friend is now a fine red mist in the air from the mortar shell that just about missed you.

Also, sfx are nice. Dont pretend they arent.
