Make it so that when the CO fires his magnum in the air on the ship there's a chance it richochets.

basically make it so there’s a chance if you shoot the ceiling the bullet either goes through to the floor above or richochets and flies off in a random direction, so if i shoot the ceiling in briefing it can randomly hit a marine.

It always feels goofy as hell to me when a CO fires off a .454 bullet in a pressurized space vessel for the sake of demanding attention
