It does not make sense to make an entire pie for a single person. Unless maybe it is a banana cream pie

You underestimate the CM player waistline 
Byond sprite files are more or less PNGs containing all the sprites. Literally draw the sprites on some checkered paper and then put it into the fitting PNG using dreammaker/paint/whatever you have for that
