Description of the incident:
Whilst playing as fob doc, I shot a yiren in the Alamo whilst going to the planet. After this a peacekeeper known as Todd something something magdumped me with an MK2 because whilst i was shooting the yiren he got caught in the crossfire. Note that he got only shot once and the weapon was a baretta, and he magdumped me with an literal Mk2. After this he was set to be arrested but due to the Almayer needing to be evacuated and the MPs sent to arrest him being killed down planetside, he survived. Once he came to the lifeboats he kept punching and disarming me whilst i was treating people, which in return i shot him, then he magdumped me AGAIN, and at that point i did Ahelp and SmellyHippie handled my request, which was NOT helpful at all as i explained the situation and was trying to prove my innocence and how this guy kept magdumping me and griefing me while i was treating people but no. SmellyHippie got caught on the fact that i shot a Yiren for no reason and Todd got caught in the crossfire by a 9mm bullet from a baretta which afterwards of a few admin PMs he said he will be issuing a 24 hr ban to both of us. First of all, he entered my ban reason as quote ; Rule 10 - Escalation, and said i caused round long grief? When I didn’t even bother the dude rest of the round and he comes back griefing and magdumping me again he found me at fault for shooting a NPC creature this is honestly absurd, I was getting magdumped,disarmed and being punched whilst treating people, Todd didnt even contribute to fighting the xenomorphs during evac, he just griefed me. Sadly SmellyHippie connected all of this to me shooting a creature NPC, and banend us both. Im not complaining about him getting banned as its deserved, but why me smellyhippie? He really didn’t try to resolve or understand the situation at all, all he was focused on was me killing a NPC

Hey, Todd here. I was sitting in Normandy with a Yiren strapped right next to me when you started shooting me and the Yiren. I would like to add, yes, I did shoot you but magdumped. No, I had an MK1, and we both walked off the encounter in crit where I went to enjoy my round till marines lost and hijack happened, where you gunned me down wordlessly near lifeboats. 
Yes, I gunned you down right after I got healed, and yes, I got a ban.
Over all I think smelly hippy did right

Hi. Justin Falklin here. I hopped onto the Alamo and sat down on the other side of the dropship from Todd. They sat down with a Yiren and said “Hi, this is my Son.” or something to that effect. We joked back and forth, like does he know how to hold a gun, etc etc. Todd said something to the effect that he’d DIE for that Yiren.
The Field Doctor for that round, then wordlessly magdumped at both the Yiren and Todd. The Yiren almost died, while Todd took a few shots themselves. I healed up the Yiren, I think I even pilled Todd and then jumped off the dropship. To hear that they shot the Yiren again in the FOB is both hilarious and sad, but stupid to keep going after it.
Eventually, somewhere along the lines in that round I had died, and though, huh I wonder if Todd and his Yiren are still alive? I went to observe, only to see the Doctor wordlessly magdumping Todd again, while Todd had no armor on and just a helmet. Only by the grace of RNG did this not go any worse, because Todd was brought onto the south Lifeboat, while the Field Doctor was taken onto the north Lifeboat. If they were on the same boat, I’m sure the Doctor would have shot Todd again.
So uh… Todd had some funny IC Roleplay going on with a Yiren and some Field Doctor decided to just go nutso on Todd, and when he IC defended himself, I guess he got mad and decided to go after Todd for the rest of the round?

First of all mate, I did NOT magdump Todd. I only shot the Yiren and during the evac, yes I killed Todd then i let it go as I said I was trying to heal people including the nurse there, when Todd kept going at me by disarming and punching me while treating somebody.
Honestly, going out of your way to magdump somebody over an NPC is the first thing i find absolutely absurd, I have not even seen anybody named Justin Falklin there. I have my own witnesses, but I don’t call them to it. I was waiting for the staff director to take a look at this for the final verdict, but reading this was just stupid, I did not mag dump Todd. Even SmellyHippie who handled my ahelp knows I didn’t. I only shot the Yiren, which Todd only took one bullet during that, and after he got shot, I stopped shooting the Yiren. But he pulled out an MK1 and decided magdump me where i nearly died.
I feel like most of the things you’ve wrote is a guess on what happend considering you said “To hear they shot the yiren again in the fob” When I did not, because after that I went back to the almayer. Second, I did not in any way magdump Todd after any of this. You’re really making things up.

Yes, I’d also be very aware you wouldn’t know who I was, since you were essentially dead or gasping on the Alamo floor when I would have had any interaction with you. I looked up towards you, on the left side of the Alamo near the cockpit after Todd retaliated, and saw you had a few people already there to treat you. I decided to help the Yiren instead, because it was funnier.
So no, no guessing, just exactly what I’ve seen and then read here in this report.
