Description of the incident:

Solaris Ridge, survivors were stationed north of LZ1. As warrior I got half health and caught on fire, so was running away, followed by a crusher and lurker. Synth was chasing me and hitting me while all 3 of us were running. My death was 5 tiles north of the comms tower. Synth chased me so hard with other xenos nearby that he actually wound up dying. Steelpoint was witness. Time of death was after T3s but before marine managed to finish dropping.

edit: rough estimate using webmaps: I was chased from 40, 200 to 41, 161 on Solaris Ridge

edit 2: just noticed what I thought was a lurk was a sentinel based on the logs I copy-pasted

I don’t recall bearing witness to this event, I likely was playing as a Marine Rifleman during the round. I vaguely recall some people commenting on the actions of the Synthetic in dead chat but nothing that stood out to me as being actionable from a staff perspective.

The distance is about right, although I started getting bashed to the left, closer to the containers.

My logs from when I got burned (so started to run) to when I died I copy-pasted into a notepad, removed some spacing so the x2 showed on one line, then pasted into evidence. Then just added a few pieces of dead chat after for confirmation. I can swear on penalty of ban that they were not edited…but I know that doesn’t mean much. I know player logs do not record all attacks though, as I have had bullets and other things happen that I know wasn’t recorded. After reviewing all available evidence and the additional logs, it was determined that even within the bounds of the engagement, Jeanne had ample opportunity to disengage and not succumb to the attacks against them south of the barricades. During the initial encounter, Jeanne did not have to chase the xenomorphs, although doing so was a calculated risk with her team. That being said, when a teamate was injured and the others disengaged, Jeanne had adequate time to disengage with them. Instead, they pushed onwards and exposed themselves to unnecessary danger, without any support. They unfortunately were unable to safely withdraw at this point, while her team had already withdrawn and was safely(albeit wounded) behind cover.
