Description of the incident:
Started the round off as QM, started prepping crates , dissasembling flare boxes and the likes when a DCC runs in and yells “yodeeedle”, steals a flare box and an MRE box before then running away, im unable to chase them as I dont want to abandon req and I end up just leaving them be. He comes back again, moves my crates around as much as possible to cause a disruption before standing next to an open crate likely picking out something to loot. I chase him out, he pulls out a m37 shotgun and wields it with both hands as I get close and I start firing with rubber shells at him from an M73. I end up spam disarming him in the halls with the aid of rubber slugs before taking his vest and stowing it in the req racks, plan being he comes back wanting his vest, i’ll tell him to give back the flares and we’d all be willy nilly.
He comes back a few minutes later, starts shooting out all my windows and doors (while the vest is clearly visible from the outside on a rack, making very clearly no real attempt at getting his gear back), I make an ahelp regarding this poor behaviour, it gets resolved and I dont see much of him for a 10 minutes or so. The next time he comes back I believe is with a custom m40 grenade, which he very obviously thought he primed and left before running away. (Alert was on green, not red so it never went off, however he ran up to me and dropped a nade at my feet before running away) Clearly there was an intent to kill, since im 99% certian that you arent able to make smoke bombs with 1 bottle only so its pretty clear that this was just a makeshift explosive.
Around 5-10 minutes later, im visited by a CMP who then leaves after having more pressing matters, coming back and arresting me for contraband (and at that time assault, which was later dropped due to lack of evidence and self defence) During the arrest, the DCC calls me some names, nothing out of the ordinary for CM calling me small balled to the fairly common “fuck you”, Im released from jail after 8 minutes, coming back to req where I am then visited by tens of radio messages of the DCC saying insults and slurs, he says things like “shut the fuck up Omsk”, to the pretty common your mom birth defect jokes and the less common something about killing yourself or being killed(not sure about the specifics, saw the message once and left it at that). Im taken to brig, released after 8 minutes and return to req and to my surprise he is still yelling insults over the radio. He does this for around 20 or 30 minutes, coming around to cause the usual disturbance every now and then.
He comes in with a m40 grenade launcher and a pistol, im completely unarmored, considering I can get fractures and be “organ killed”, coupled with the fact he had tried to bomb me and pulled a gun on me as I disarm him at least twice im more than certain that we are completely past the dangerous weaponary stage. He’s come to req about 4-5 times by now, I pull out my pistol, he pulls his out and a shootout begins, he leaves after being hit once, we are both hit once and I get patched up before once again, completely ignoring this and going back to my job as RO.
He’s still yelling insults over the radio, continuing on with childish behaviour and this goes on for about the rest of the round till the very end. My second Ahelp I made somewhere in between the events went unanswered for 20-40 minutes untill the end of round, at which point the game ended when I sent my response.
Throughout this he very clearly abused his role as DCC with requisitions acsess, using it to steal gear, he griefed Requisitions by stealing supplies nescescary to FOB on the first drop and violated roleplay rules through his every now and then occasional LRP insult strains and the “yodeeedle” at time of theft. Toxic rants happen every day on CM wether anyone likes it or not, but going on toxic rants that last almost an entire hour, target a department, steal gear, misuse your role and lie to MPs is definetly not some minor things to be overlooked.
