Why do you want to become a Mentor?:

I’d like to become a mentor to help new people(as cliche as it sounds).I’ve Seen my fair share of privates lost on the preps, which later turns into them quitting without fully experiencing the cool mechanics of the game, later seeing the people i taught doing cool stuff puts a smile on my face

What gameplay areas do you know and which areas are you strong and weak in?:

I’M Good at

  • Overall Command(CIC,SL’ing)
  • Marine Law

Decent:

  • Medical(especiallly corpseman)
  • Intel
  • Engineering
  • Marine Gears:I’m not robust in anyway but i know what to take, and when to take stuff)
  • CAS
  • Requisitions

Areas I’m Weak:

  • Xenomorphs While i know the basics of the Castes, there are still some holes on my knowledge, i know the basics of each caste and their functions.

Never touched:

  • Queen:Too stressful of a role to me, i do know the basic mechanics of assigning leaders, giving jellies, and spreading pheromones
  • OT,and research:Not fond of the gameplay though i am willing to learn it to help new people.

How often are to able to play CM?:

I have plenty of free time to play, often playing 3-4 rounds

Hello hello! I was actually just talking with a few people in dchat who felt that a lot of mentors lacked xeno knowledge; one person espoused that mhelping for xeno info was useless. Obviously, you don’t have to know everything there is to know about xeno, and every mentor will have weak areas, but seeing as xeno is one half of the game, I’d personally prefer to see more xeno hours. Regardless of everything, thanks for your interest in applying! I hope to work with you in the mines someday.

While it is always good to see new mentor applicants, I’d like to back up what DarkLordCabbage said, and greatly would suggest that you endeavor to get more xenomorph hours; I’d suggest at least a handful of hours (~2h-5h) per caste, and at least trying every strain.

Hi there,
I wanted to say that you probably should play more xenomorph if you can, get about 15 hours in the drone caste total and in other areeas, you can update your playtimes on the aplication when you feel like it will make a difference.

As for humans, i saw you play in command a few times and i believe you can be trusted with the SEA whitelist, get some xeno hours, send a new image here and you will get a updoot from me, take care.
