Your application and story are good. I’ll give you that.
However, it is after hearing of your recent happenings with the other Whitelists that led the Council to believe you’re not quite ready for the role yet, as the Council believes you still have to improve on your understanding of rules and overall knowledge and nuances of a role. But we want to stress you’re almost there. You can use XO as a way to train yourself on scenarios a CO would be faced with, and possibly think to yourself, “if I were a CO, what would I do?” Of course, the actual methods are up to you.
Keep playing XO if you still wish for the whitelist, and make sure to iron out your understanding of our rulings and guidelines so that you can be on good behavior if you do try to apply again in the near future. For now, though, we think you still need a bit more time to develop.
