Round 17699, I am an MT.
The CMP asks me to fix a door, I say no. I am now on the run for committing NoD.

First Incident: I am in Medbay when I spot Kenneth Lance and I say “Stinky.” to him due to him being an MP, he then proceeds to flash me abruptly and then tell me I’m under arrest which breaks the ML Arrest procedure since he’s supposed to inform me of my arrest first THEN maybe use non-lethals if I resist. In this case I have not resisted. I inform him indirectly inside of Brig by complaining to the CO and in comms about how he broke the arrest procedure. I tend to like dealing with things ICly so I write a fax to Provost about Kenneth Lance, this goes unanswered though.

Second Incident: I am in Upper Medbay this time, Mika Tashima and Kailey Fiscina are walking around together, Mika Tashima proceeds by firing around 3-4 taser shots into me and then Disarm intent spamming me, while this is happening and I am already on the ground - Kailey Fiscina stunbatons me 3 times. After this shitshow has reached fruition - they FINALLY inform me of my arrest. Mind you I have not resisted in any way this whole time. I am taken to the Brig by
I thinkMika Tashima where I am informed I am being charged with… NoD? Kenneth Lance then informs Mika Tashima that I have already been brigged previously for NoD, to which Mika Tashima responds with “If he was why the fuck arent you guys unmarking him.” “You bunch of fucking tards”.
Tl;dr: No one knows how to arrest someone properly as MP, especially repeated offenses with Kenneth Lance over many rounds though I have no logs for that.
