It’s strange really, when I had this, it was only for 15 minutes or so until I reconnected to the game and didn’t get it anymore for the rest of the round

Re: #3. I recognize this bug but I forget how I fixed it. I would recommend giving your router a restart (just power it off for 5 minutes)… But I think the announcement thing has something to do with BYOND settings

This is a wild guess. But if your game freezes on annoucments, do you perhaps have wireless headphones. I had an issue with headphones that when a loud sound was played the bluetooth headphones would crash and start stuttering. Try not using bluetooth. Just a thought

Is your DirectX up to date? Only thing I can think of is lighting at that point.

But if it’s related to announcements as well as playing xeno, then maybe it’s happening as xeno because you’re being shot at. Something with fancychat.

Could be, but my game dosent freeze when im ghosted so it has to be something to do with playing xeno

well gang it appears solved, my game has not frozen in 2 rounds as xenos (new record) not sure what fixed it it seems to have just begun working! so thanks to everyone who helped and if a forum lord wants to mark this resolved i wouldnt mind

its back and worse then ever, however it appears to be linked to my version of beyond as I updated it recently and that’s when it got worse

I cant figure out how to change versions nor do I know which version is “safe”.

Sorry to hear that man. I would ask on the Discord about which version is safe. Harry and others always helped me out when needed.
