Considering the issue was just ‘please ask permission before running a event’, I don’t think this is a case of bureaucratic overreach.

I’ll reiterate what I told you in private at the time.
The very small amount of oversight we try to have is there to provide the best experiences for players, not just to add needless bureaucracy. And I’m sad that we still disagree on such a fundamental level about that.
Anyways I really hope that you didnt ever get the impression that you’re not welcome in the community or that you’re some sort of pariah.
You are, and always will be, welcome in CM. Both to play the game and to just hang out and chat on the discord/forums. I dont think the playerbase dislikes you or anything like that and there also isnt any kind of grudge or something similar on the staff side of things.
I just want to make sure that you know that.

So fucking true, I’m at my most invigorated and happy when I’m filling forms and paperwork. The highlight of my life was when I had to fill out Form 21-BY-7 along with Form 908 to order Transcript S-8 so I could procure Form 97 to procure Form 725-B so I could show that I had filled and understood Form 278-A as well as the addendums to Form 278-A (Addendums FA-278-A through to FB-278-A) so I could buy my weekly ration of nutrient-enriched protein paste I purchased with the company scrips I earned from my W-Y 24-7 job at button pressing factory A#6*87BZ-0.
