Reason for Ban:
My router has a dynamic IP system, so it changes my IP on auto restart, I left my computer to attend to something important in real life, during that time my wifi had did a IP switch which triggered the auto-ban.

I was unaware of the auto-ban for IP changes, and was not purposefully trying to change my IP in a malicious way, if possible I request to be added to the VPN whitelist so further situations like this do not happen in the future, thank you for your time & for reading.
