Description of the incident:
TLDR; Paisley had a spat over the treatment of her QM, whom drank themselves to death and was later arrested (I was not shipside at the time, and was groundside fighting) And refused to send any ammunition, material, medical, or basically any type of logistical supplies groundside via requisition, stating that she was upset with her treatment and having a 1x1 hole in her north wall.
At the start of the round I gear up, grab my attachments and meds, and move groundside, with little ammo, assuming req will drop the EXT and AP M39 mags and its ammo, I move to medical with my squad and suffer from a lot of lagging, missing a fair amount of bullets and getting heavily wounded by a warrior and lurker, at this point, having expended all but 3 rounds of my ammo seven minutes later I head to FOB, and find zero ammo, and marines complaining about REQ not doing their job. I wait an alamo cycle and then get onto the ship to cycle shipside and head over to req to see what the mess is.
It was at this point, OOCly a bit aggravated for some familial issues, I discover that the CT is flat out refusing to do their job because of, what appears to be, a 1x1 hole in their northern wall, and a broken window. At this point I, regrettably tbh I do feel bad about threatening them, start to lash out at her ICly, telling her to fix her shit or I’ll spend the rest of my (3) rounds on her, and take her ID to do the job better. She then says, until she (requisition) is showed respect, she will NOT do anything related to moving supplies to the front or basically handling any orders or lines over radio, and also shuts the shutter on me.
I start calling for the CMP over radio and head to CIC, at this point, the server yet again goes down as I knock against the glass, and I burst my m39 ammo through the glass accidentally, although this did alert the SO to come out and we chatted (I yelled) about how the CT was refusing to do her job, and to give my ID access to req so I could at least move specialist and marine ammo groundside so we could continue our offensive, because at this point, com techs are literally stripping walls, chairs, desks and everything they can get their hands on for metal to cade the fob, and marines are unironically rationing ammo at some points, other marines are cycling the dropship to get ammo for their pouches.
SO takes my ID, and gets on radio with the Major, I get my ID back as the SO doesn’t have time to adjust my clearance but he leads me to the brig where I wait for a few minutes for the CMP or an MP as I yell over radio, I figure out no one capable of handling it is in brig as the CMP has to handle stuff, so I head back down and go to req, and find that the CMP is now heading towards req to arrest her, and I enter in behind him and begin talking to a SO adjacent rank about getting my permissions adjusted, and eventually after some CIC business, they do. I start officially doing req work as a PFC in Delta squad, approving some orders, and calling up the lift.
It was at this time, I forget who, discovered that Paisey had hid as MUCH AMMO AS POSSIBLE in a box in the corner of the room, literally hiding a large portion of our ammo out of spite, I was calming down after this and spent the entire round flinging ammo boxes, SG ammo drums, explosives and specialist ammo into crates and stamping papers.
I whole heartedly believe we lost this round due to Paisley griefing the entire operation due to her OOC feelings, which in the LRC chat in discord, claims that it was entirely IC. At one point she even posted an old picture of a medal she received for soloing req, essentially trying to shoot down mine and others complaints about her, because in a previous round she had done a good job, implying because she was good enough to get a medal she couldn’t have griefed as CT or that was how I read it as.

I have none taken as all my my recording software was off, and I don’t tend to record any of my ingame stuff unless I’m doing specific loadouts of gimmicks.
