So an official trailer dropped for Alien Romulus recently and I am having a very strong gut feeling that it is going to be ass. Why. Why can’t we get the good ol’ Colonial Marines movie. The old movies were reasonably good considering the at the time special effects being purely physical. And now we have the pinnacle of visual technology to waste it in a teens horror movie. Man I hate Hollywood

Civvie motion tracker from alien isolation, meaning that there will be some influence from it.
Alien with ridged dome head and dorsal fins, meaning it’s somewhere between a warrior and drone from alien and aliens.

that was the best colonial marines. The old one was more of an 80s kind of action movie. Characters and all. Still set the base for everything else.
