Just was thinking it would be a nice QOL thing if we had stretchers that had integrated IV drips in them. Just a little addition that could help frontline medics, and medbay.
Imo, blood bag/IVs are in a good state as is and this change could be an unneeded but okay QOL change. Perhaps you can get an metal rod and stick it with an IV blood bag (full or not) to create a makeshift IV drip, and have that attached to the frame of the roller.
As a draw back, perhaps this improvisation of a roller and IV blood bag mix now needs some additional set up time to properly place. (Perhaps using harm intent when placing the roller + IV bag will place it like normal but the metal rod with the blood blood bag breaks off?)
