Draken ‘Darkshot’ Darkthorne

Accused BYOND key:

Accused character name:

Mauricio Schofield

What rule(s) were broken?:

Rule 2: Roleplay - Deployment Chain of Command

Description of the incident:

In both rounds 23189 and 23190, Mauricio Schofield has deployed as an Alpha Squad leader, the orders I have given to every squad was simple and it was to, verbatim as per my characters words “To follow me into hell” which in simple terms, can be expressed as, stick with the currently deployed Executive Officer.

In both rounds 23189 and 23190 he has failed to do this and had led me into calling him out or going into their location to rein him back into my ranks. In addition, he has barely said anything over at comms and is uncommunicatve
Apparently, he has also been burning marines, but I don’t think theres evidence holding this up

EDIT:
Apparently a few think that my wording of “To follow me into hell” PRE-BRIEFING can be interpreted as a suicide order, which can give him the liberty of refusing the order due to my wording, however this would be the case if it weren’t for the fact that in both rounds, he was neither communicating his discontent nor acting as a proper squad lead, being more of a PFC+ than any. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for the first round but the second round he went squad lead, it seemed pretty clear to me that he isn’t helpful.

Evidence:

None, but I believe that you can extract evidence via the announcement logs I made in both rounds.

Correction to the round IDs, added addendum to incident

Hey there! I checked the logs for round 23189 and 23190, unfortunately I did not see anything shows that Mauricio Schofield refusing orders blatantly. The orders were too general (such as “everyone to engineering, everyone to me”) and I did not see any specific orders given to Schofield or Alpha, nor did I see any indication of disobedience when I reviewed Schofield’s logs. There may have been a lack of communication, but I cannot see anything against the rules. Report denied!
